Looking at the demographic of a client, their therapist, age, substance abuse history, and more about your patients will give a better understanding of what needs to be improved in order to have more success. It is important to consistently look at what can be improved to lead to finer reviews and an increase in the emotions in clients as well as staff. Lastly, it is important to look at human resources and what the staff is currently doing.
This includes: Making efficient use of staff, surveying staff, training staff well, and making sure that the staff is happy and feeling like they are in a safe/healthy work environment.
