Gratitude – Encourage others to succeed!
It’s much easier to be in the stands critiquing the players than it is to be on the field and swinging the bat. It’s also much less rewarding than accomplishing things yourself or helping others up. Happy Gratitude Wednesday everyone.

Gratitude – Challenge your own beliefs!
Today, I want to challenge you to give some thought to your beliefs, and the way you project them on other people. While this can be uplifting and most likely, that’s the intent, it can also cause shame and suffering.
Gratitude – Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional
I hope you enjoyed some time with your loved ones over the holidays! My thought for the day was inspired by Tara Brach. This is “Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional”.
