Recovery Capital Index (RCI), part of the Hatch Application, produces a higher quality of treatment for your mental health & substance use disorder clients. 

This scientifically validated mental health tool tracks & measures your client’s recovery progress & generates quantifiable results for both you and your client to assess. HOW IT WORKS

The Recovery Capital Index uses monthly evaluation surveys to collect & analyze outcomes measurements based on each client’s unique recovery capital. RCI automatically sends each evaluation survey every 25 days through email or text messaging. Automated notifications alert you of upcoming evaluations & links to each evaluation survey. Each survey follows an easy-to-follow 0-100 scoring scale broken down into various indicators & components to generate a client’s final score. 

RCI’s model takes into account all the tangible & intangible capital of your client’s life, including:

• Personal Capital – Employment, education, health, mental health, emotional health, mental wellbeing, emotional wellbeing, housing status
• Social Capital – Relationships (family, friends, co-workers, significant others) how are those relationships? How strong are they? How do they benefit you? How do you benefit them?
• Cultural Capital – Beliefs, values, purpose, and meaning in life. How do you engage in your community? How does your community support you in your recovery?

These measurements are used to individually assess each aspect of your client’s life capital and gain a better understanding as to what parts of the client’s treatment program are and are not working. The quantifiable results created through the RCI are an excellent tool for motivating & gaining client treatment adoption. These results let each client clearly reflect on where they were a month ago, where they are today, & why they are where they are on a month-to-month basis.
