Supervisors QuickLinks:
Implemented the ability for supervisors to set default quick links, enhancing usability by providing quick access to frequently used features.


Assign Tasks to Multiple Roles:
Improved task management by enabling users to assign tasks to multiple roles, offering more flexibility and efficiency in task assignment.


Notification for Training/Form Updates: 

Implemented notifications to alert users when a training or form is added or updated on their profile, improving transparency and communication.


Email Notification for New Quizzes/Trainings: 

Introduced email notifications to inform users of any new quizzes or trainings added to their instance, enhancing awareness and engagement.


BUG FIXES:

Marker IO Form Viewing Bug:

Resolved a bug where users were unable to view the “Clinical Supervision v2” form through Marker IO, ensuring access to the form.


User Activity Error:
Fixed an issue where user activity was not loading properly, ensuring accurate display of user activities across selected locations.


Marker IO Competency Sharing Bug: 

Addressed a bug where users were unable to share related competencies through Marker IO, enabling proper sharing functionality.


Anonymous Grievance Form Display Bug:
Fixed a bug where grievance forms were not populating as anonymous when submitted, ensuring proper display in notifications and alerts.


Disabled User in Competency To-Do’s: 

Resolved a bug where disabled users were appearing in competency to-do lists, ensuring only active users are displayed.


Task Deletion Error:
Fixed an issue where users were unable to delete to-do tasks, allowing users to delete tasks from their task cards successfully.
 

Related User Requirement Bug:
Addressed a bug where forms could be saved without a related user, now enforcing the requirement before saving.


Compliance Report Scoring Bug:
Fixed a bug in the compliance report where incorrect scoring of dates occurred during recurring days, ensuring accurate scoring for form requirements.


Form Attachment to Tasks Bug:
Resolved an issue where forms were not attaching to tasks when assigned to users, ensuring proper attachment of forms to tasks.


Email Notification Bug for Document Approval:
Fixed a bug where Hatch email notifications for document approvals were sent to wrong users/roles, ensuring notifications are sent to the correct roles.
 

Training Notifications on Role Update Bug:
Addressed a bug where incorrect training notifications were sent on role updates, ensuring correct notifications are sent based on roles.
 

To-Do List Notification Bug in Marker IO:
Resolved an issue where the To-Do list was populated with incorrect notifications, resulting in users being assigned incorrect trainings by role. This bug has been addressed, ensuring that only the correct roles receive notifications for new trainings.
 

GetActiveByCompany Error for Company Admins:
Fixed an error that prevented company admins from creating alerts due to a “GetActiveByCompany” error. This fix now allows company admins to create alerts seamlessly, improving their ability to manage notifications and communication within the system.
