Automated Signatures

• New feature now allows users to be able to save their signatures when approving or signing off on forms

• User profile now loads faster & efficiently

BUG FIXES:
 

Ticket in reference to compliance report

• Bug that prevented HR users from seeing forms that are completed in user profile but not in compliance report has been fixed & now shows on both ends

I am logged in into company, I cant view training certifications

• Bug that caused an error preventing HR users from trying to click on employee training certifications has been patched & now allows HR users to view

Client can not edit the performance review

• Bug that prevented users from editing forms that are in a locked completed status has been patched & now allows users to go into edit & change statuses

An incident report was created in one location and shows in 2 locations

• Bug that created duplicate entries in multiple locations has been fixed & now only creates one entry in whichever company the user is in

Client is trying to print competency she needs to send to the state and print feature is cutting off half the page

• Bug that prevented users from seeing full forms in print view has been fixed & now displays correctly. Also a new print button has been added for users that aren’t familiar with hot keys

Users not able to view uploaded pdf in job description

• Bug that prevented users from viewing images in job description image uploader has been fixed & now allows users to view images when uploading in job description form
