IMPROVEMENTS:
 

Sign In – change sign in flow

• Updated the sign in flow to ask for which location before loading a locations dashboard and then asking which location would you like to login to.

Orange status to symbolize awaiting approval

• New improvement now displays an orange awaiting approval status icon that lets users know there entry has been received and requires a secondary review or sign off

Please add the X and checks to indicate which documents are completed in the Pre-Hire HR form

• X’s & Checkmarks have now been added to pre hire document for better indication of which forms need to be completed, and visually show which ones have already been completed

BUG FIXES:
 

Users not able to view uploaded pdf in job description

• When viewing training center certificates when an override was created now works as expected. Even when we create overrides all previous certificates should be accessible.

The review task button in the email is throwing an error message when you click it

• A user who assigned a task will receive an email when the task is completed. We have fixed the link in the email notification to properly link you back to the system,

User Profile not loading modal for previewing

• Preview modal not appearing in user profile has been fixed. When clicking on links within the user profile they will open in the preview modal

New client can not access any forms & is receiving error 500 messages when clicking add

• Bug that prevented newly imported users from accessing all form types will now visually notify hatch admins in the companies list that something requires attention.

Training overrides – handle previously passed trainings/quizzes/certificates

• Bug that prevented users from viewing certificates from trainings that are overridden now shows completed certs for users

Auto populate functionality is not working

• Bug that prevented auto populate functionality from working has now been fixed & auto populates forms, hr documents and competencies with employees details
