Release Notes 03/06/2023

FEATURES:

Roll out location compliance report 

• A new location compliance report has been added to the navigation on the left-hand side of the application. The report displays which forms are required by location.

IMPROVEMENTS:

Can we remove the add button to the HR docs for users once they have completed an HR doc

• HATCH admin users can now checkbox “Single Submission” to remove the “Add New” button once an HR document has been completed, as per the client side request.

 

 Add hasAccessManager flag on user company role

• A new “Has Access Manager” flag has been added to user company roles to allow users to access the “Access Manager” feature, addressing a client issue.

 

Add Question Mark Bubble for newest features

• All new features will now display a question mark bubble to provide better clarity on their use cases.

 

Update Compliance card on Dashboard

• The Compliance card on the Dashboard has been updated to show users with access to forms required by location compliance in user compliance. Super Admin users will now see zero “Compliance To Do’s” on this card.

 

Create “In Progress” card after on Client dashboard

• A new “In Progress” card has been created on the Client dashboard, which displays forms related to the user viewing the dashboard.

BUG FIXES:

workflow open but empty, Remove empty workflow

• A bug that displayed an empty workflow toolbar has been fixed. It no longer displays a workflow when no primary requirements are required.

 

 Access Manager Show/New back to list links back to admin

• The “Back to List” link that directed clients to the admin side of the application has been removed from Access Manager, resolving a client bug.

 

 All trainings are completed but employee summary shows courses in red

• A bug that prevented overridden trainings from being marked as completed in the employee summary has been fixed. These trainings now show as green in the training center.

 

 In Progress ajax is returning error 500

• A bug that prevented the in-progress card from refreshing has been fixed. It now refreshes after use.

 

User is disabled, And is showing up on the PSV forms under enabled users

• A bug that allowed users to cross-view forms that they did not have permissions for has been fixed. Users with correct permissions can now view forms under the “Enabled Users” section of the PSV form.
