When a todo is completed, notifications related to the task assigner are now automatically removed to avoid unnecessary clutter. The new improvement marks alerts as read when a task is assigned by another user, ensuring better visibility.
Create a full page view for print view
The new improvement provides a comprehensive full page view for print, Displaying all employee training summaries with complete information on completed and uncompleted training. The full page view for print now offers a clear detailed training summary without any information being cut out.
Allow multi select on “Create task” to add multiple users for To Do list
Users can select or search for multiple users when assigning or creating a task, thanks to the new improvement. The update feature provides a more convenient and streamlined workflow by allowing the selection of multiple users at once.
Show “Document Owner” component in preview modes
The new improvement resolves the issue and now displays the owner of the document when previewing a form. Users can easily identify the document owner while in the preview mode, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Update Headers to Clearly Describe Section
The headers of User Profile, Location Compliance, And User Compliance have been updated to provide users with clearer indication of their current location within the application. The improved headers enhance user navigation and help users quickly identify the specific section they are in.
Fix Training center styling when no records appear
The training styling has been updated to maintain its original appearance even when no records are available to view. Users will now experience consistent and visually appealing styling in the training center, regardless of the availability of records.
Competencies To Do’s
Admin users now have the ability to create different types of competency to do, enabling them to assign specific competencies as required. A new competency to do card has been added to the dashboard, providing users with a more user friendly interface and improved visibility for required competency completion. The introduction of the settings widget in the competency tab allows HR users and admins to easily edit and create new to-do tasks related to competencies. This enhancement streamlines the management of competency-related task and provides greater flexibility for customization
BUG FIXES:
User has role but secondary requirements not populating
The bug preventing users with the correct role from completing secondary requirements has been resolved. Secondary requirements now properly populate for users with the appropriate role, ensuring smooth completion of all necessary tasks.
Show 100% for “Consultant” owning company
The bug that prevented consultants from using HATCH compliance as a company has been fixed. User compliance now accurately displays the location compliance at 100% for consultants, resolving the issue related to the owning company.
