Find In Hatch Error 500
- Bug that slowed down the performance speed of Find In Hatch has been patched & now allows users to search for longer without timing out
Competency Assessment will not go in a completed status
- Bug that prevented users from completing Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation Training form has been patched & now allows users to complete the form successfully
Workflow is completed, Signatures are there related users are there, status will not update to completed
- A bug where a form input set to the value N/A prevented that forms status from being updated to Completed
Old modal with cancel button
- Bug that displayed old modal with cancel button has been patched & is now consistent with the rest of the application
Fields are filled in, but not appearing in graph
- Bug that prevented users from seeing data in graphs when fields are filled in is working & displays properly
A task notification email that is not linked to a form give you an error page
- Bug that prevented users from accessing assigned tasks from email now allows users to be directed successfully to the dashboard
In view charts for incident reports, the graph primary therapist is showing a number not a name
- Bug that displayed primary therapist as a numerical digit is now fixed & displays as the role as text
Can not create a task from a competency
- Bug that prevented users from sending or creating tasks has been patched & now allows users to successfully send tasks back & fourth
Clients unable to login & receiving error 500 errors
- Bug that prevented some users from logging into the application has been fixed
Client unable to reset password
- Bug that prevented some users from resetting their passwords has been patched & now allows users to successfully reset passwords
