This is a day to focus attention on the importance of regular physical activity and health awareness for women.

At Hatch, our team regularly communicates and encourages each other in their health goals. Our team recognizes that health and fitness look different for everyone, some of our team focuses on increasing movement throughout the day, others look at increasing mental wellness through self care, some enjoy diversifying their eating habits to improve nutritional benefits. We hope to improve the conversation and efforts around women’s health to empower and support those looking to make changes!
